Samuel Holleran is a researcher and writer. He has worked as an artist and educator with design firms, universities, and nonprofits in the U.S., Germany, and Australia. He completed his PhD on the “civic space of the cemetery” at Melbourne University in 2025. He is the co-author of Scattered Steel: The Afterlife of the World Trade Center (Three Hills/Cornell, 2026).
